Hi! Welcome to Kool Kids Crafts! Meet the Crew... Meet a couple of the coolest kids who will

Look out for some of Leanna`s work throughout the site! She is not our new KKC crew member for nothing you know!
...and there`s me of course, Gem their Nana who likes to spend a lot of time with the boys. Through the pages of this site we will show you just what we get up to and what new crafts we have created that are not too hard and you can get busy with. |
Children are happiest when creating something of their own. Video games have their place but an excess of them can only harm especially the violent type.
Help your children or class by encouraging them to participate in arts and crafts. We guarantee your success in the development of their social and technical skills.

We live in London, quite far from the sea. But on occasions we take a trip to the coast and collect shells, pebbles, seaweed and anything fishy to take home for interesting beach crafts which I am sure you will enjoy making. But while we are at the beach there are many things to occupy us other than trampling other kids sandcastles.
Most children just adore the sea while others just don`t. It could be inland crafts from natural resources that excite their imaginations. How does the idea of hatching caterpillars into butterflies sound to you? Or stick insect breeding? Yikes! The mind boggles! But for the more cuddly kind of creature we have animal crafts that you will love making indoors.
You see, it`s not always great weather during holidays to enjoy outdoor kids crafts, especially here in England. But we know what to do! Lovely messy paper crafts or transforming cereal packets for our cardboard crafts. Well we try to be tidy but when it comes to paper mache time it`s just pure fun and very gluey, hands on stuff.
More indoor kids crafts that wile away those holiday daytime hours for us are sewing crafts, but we like the very easy ones. I like cooking with the kids too but don`t ask me to sample their wares, nor be the guinea pig for any science projects we have in store. Iain just loves them! But as soon as there is a weather change and a little bit of wind, we turn our hands to kite craft!
Well that is a sample of what you will find on the pages of this site. There are so many things to do that you don`t have any excuse to be bored during the holidays, have you?
Note: All our projects are KKC originals or design modifications unless stated so your sure to find fresh ideas here.
